Dreamer's Dreams Come True.

Tommy Dreamer has never been and never will be a great wrestler, Tommy Dreamer never has and never will be popular on a national scale. However to TNA Tommy Dreamer represents a superstar just like all the other WWE cast-offs.

This past week on iMPACT we saw Tommy Dreamer get booked like he was John Cena defeating Beer Money single handedly and only losing to AJ Styles by interference, this highlights all thats wrong with TNA right now. Old has been stars such as Kevin Nash, Sting and Hulk Hogan claim to be there for the younger stars yet fail to give the backbone of TNA a chance to shine. Yet in this writers opinion it may not be okay but its understandable that these legends are given the air time, the money that is used to pay there contracts needs TV time to justify them.

Yet thats where the booking of Tommy Dreamer going over Beer Money comes in, Dreamer has never been a Sting or a Nash never mind a Hogan so why book a man who couldn't even get a respectable appearance on Smackdown to beat America's second hottest tag team? Worse still Fortune are booked as heels in this angle yet there trying to fight for the young talent and most of what they say is true.

Tommy Dreamer and the guys at EV2.0 can offer nothing to mainstream wrestling today. I understand everyone needs a paycheck but some of these guys are closer to getting their pensions (including non EV2 guys).

In my opinion the ship is sinking fast and the older, wiser wrestlers will be the first to jump.
