The Theme Effect

Wrestlers theme music is more important now than it has ever been. It helps push a mid-carder to main event status. It takes a wrestler with no personality and gives him/her the injection of 'musical charisma' to make the crowd give a damn. Hell nowadays throw some lyrics in and it shows the fans this is the guy your 'pushing'.

Some of the wrestlers to get the 'Theme Effect', yes I have given this form of 'pushing' a name, are Sheamus, Nexus, Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes, The Legacy and Evan Bourne (yeah, that worked) to name a few. So the next time a young wrestler comes out with brand new theme music that includes lyrics, forget about his in ring ability, forget about the fact he can't talk on the mic, forget about the fact the fans give him no reaction, forget about the fact that NO ONE cares about him. Just know, this is the future of the WWE.
